Assistance Dogs
Just So welcomes Assistance Dogs and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). If you plan to bring your dog, please complete our Access Requirements Form by 7th August 2026.
Completing the Access Form in advance helps us make appropriate arrangements across campsites and festival areas. Clear identification ensures staff, security, and other guests understand your animal is approved to provide support.
We ask that all Assistance Dogs and ESAs wear a clearly identifiable jacket or harness while on site, even if they wouldn’t usually wear one.
All animals must be well-trained and appropriate for a festival environment. We reserve the right to ask any animal to leave if it shows unsuitable behaviour (e.g. aggression, excessive barking, toileting outside designated areas, or distress in crowds/noise).

Assistance Dogs
We welcome Assistance Dogs with evidence of training or registration (e.g. through recognised organisations such as Guide Dogs or Hearing Dogs for d/Deaf People).
We also welcome owner-trained Assistance Dogs, provided they meet the Equality and Human Rights Commission definition. This includes being trained to:
- Remain with their owner at all times
- Toilet only on command in designated areas
- Stay calm and settled in busy environments
Assistance Dogs are recognised under the Equality Act 2010 and have the right to public access.
Emotional Support Animals
Emotional Support Animals are not considered Service Animals in the UK, and so are not recognised by UK law. We acknowledge that some customers would be unable to attend the festival without the reassurance and companionship of their ESA. We allow access to ESAs at our festivals providing that customers upload supporting evidence to our Access Form.
Please upload supporting evidence for your Emotional Support Animal with your Access Form. This can include:
- ESA registration or ID (e.g. ESA Registry UK, Support Dog UK & EU)
- A medical summary from a GP or clinician
