Join the incredible team that makes it all happen! Our wonderful volunteers support Just So in a wide variety of exciting and meaningful roles. We offer both Individual Volunteering if you’re coming on your own or with friends, or Family Volunteering if you’d like to give some time to the festival as well as come along with your family.

INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERING IS NOW FULL FOR 2026!
Immerse yourself in the behind-the-scenes Just So community as we build the festival, welcome the families into our world, then take it all down again. Opportunities run from the Tuesday before the festival to the Tuesday after the festival. You’ll learn loads of skills alongside our festival team, get the chance to take part evening workshops in improve your skills, and get great on-the ground event experience.
We’ll feed you great food, you’ll make new friends, and we’ll have loads of fun together!
