Personal Assistant / Carer Tickets

We offer a free Personal Assistant / Carer ticket scheme at Just So. You are automatically eligible for a free Personal Assistant / Carer ticket and a free car park pass if you can provide one of the following for either yourself or your child:

• Front page of DLA or PIP (any rate)
• Front page of an Attendance Allowance letter (any rate)
• A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol
• Proof of registration as severely sight impaired (blind)
• A recognised Assistance Dog ID card or equivalent

For under 18s, a Personal Assistant can be considered where the needs are outside of the range of what can be expected of parental responsibility, and with the evidence suggested above. A PA ticket for an under 18 can be issued alongside a secondary adult ticket – a child cannot attend the festival with a PA alone. 

We understand that not everyone will have the evidence listed above. If this applies to you, you can still apply by completing the Access Requirements form, explaining your requirements and providing any supporting information. All applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
